Commissioning inspection
When you get a new personal lift or lift truck, it is important to make sure that it meets all safety and quality requirements. During the commissioning inspection, we ensure that the device is in perfect working order and that it is ready for safe use from the very first day.
Annual inspection
The annual inspection is a statutory inspection that must be performed regularly. During the inspection, we make sure that the devices are in good working order, that all safety mechanisms work properly, and that there are no defects in the device that endanger safety.
A thorough inspection
A thorough inspection is a broader and more in-depth inspection in which all the key components and structures of the lifting equipment are carefully reviewed. This check is especially important for devices that are in long-term use, as it helps to detect and prevent hidden faults.
NDT inspections (non-destructive testing)
NDT inspections use special methods, such as ultrasonic or magnetic powder testing, to detect possible material defects and structural problems without having to disassemble or damage the equipment. This inspection method is particularly useful for inspecting critical parts.
Basic renovations
When a personal lift or lift truck has been in use for a long time, a thorough basic renovation can significantly extend its service life. In a basic overhaul, the device is comprehensively reviewed and the necessary parts are serviced or replaced so that it meets all technical and safety requirements again.
